Central Conveying Systems
Colortronic conveying systems work using the vacuum conveying principle. The material is
transported automatically, in the closed conveying system, from the central storage room to each
processing machine. If a hopper loader indicates a need, the conveying process is started.
The hopper loader filling amount can be controlled by a level sensor or on time.
For vacuum generation, high performance blowers or pumps are used. Dust or fines are filtered
out with a safety filter. This provides protection for the pump.
The Colortronic CSK 05 allows the conveying of free flowing palletised plastic materials
directly to the processing machine, using vacuum receivers (CSK 05) which integrates into a
central conveying system. When conveying very abrasive materials, a high abrasion resistant
option is available.

The Colortronic CSK 5-H allows the conveying of free flowing palletised plastic materials
directly to the processing machine, using vacuum receivers (CSK 5-H) which integrates into a
central conveying system. The loader is specially designed for processing highly adrasive
materials.
The Colortronic CSK 30 allows the conveying of free flowing palletised plastic materials
directly to the processing machine, using vacuum receivers (CSK 30) which integrates into a
central conveying system. When conveying very abrasive materials, a high abrasion resistant
option is available.

powder using vacuum receivers which integrates into a centralised conveying system.
