Single Conveying Units

Colortronic single conveying units are designed for use in facilities in which a centralised conveying system cannot or cannot yet be realised. Colortronic single conveying units which are made of stainless steel and available with either with an integrated or separate vacuum pump or they operate on the venturi principle. The integrated filter guarantees a safe and dust-free production environment.

The Colortronic CSV 05 allows for the conveying of free flowing pelletized plastic materials to an injection moulding machine.
The Colortronic CSV 05/R allows for the conveying of free flowing pelletized plastic materials and regrind to an injection moulding machine.
CSV 05/2R
The Colortronic CSV 05/2R allows for the conveying of free flowing pelletized plastic materials and regrind to an injection moulding machine.

Two materials can be conveyed at the same time.

CSE 2 ECO
The CSE conveying units have been developed for conveying thermoplastic granules. A typical area of application is for processing machines and drying hoppers with throughputs of up to 200 kg/hr (440 lbs/hr).
CSE 2 AFR
The CSE conveying units have been developed for conveying thermoplastic granules. A typical area of application is for processing machines and drying hoppers with throughputs of up to 200 kg/hr (440 lbs/hr).

CSE 5 ECO (Old Model)
The CSE conveying units have been developed for conveying thermoplastic granules. A typical area of application is for processing machines and drying hoppers with throughputs of up to 360 kg/hr (790 lbs/hr).
CSE 5 AFR (Old Model)
The CSE conveying units have been developed for conveying thermoplastic granules. A typical area of application is for processing machines and drying hoppers with throughputs of up to 360 kg/hr (790 lbs/hr).

The CSPE 30 single conveying units have been developed for conveying thermoplastic granules, regrind and powder. A typical area of application being for medium to large injection moulding machines, extrusion systems, internak silos and drying hoppers.
