The Colortronic CSV 05/2R hopper loader allows for the conveying of free flowing plastic granule material and regrind to an injection moulding machine.
Rugged, modular Construction
The single conveying units work according to the venturi principal. A compressed air supply is required. Conveying is controlled by an integrated level sensor. Two materials can be conveyed at the same time.
The clear design allows both for quick material changes and easy handling.

- Maximum throughput: 150 kg/hr (0.6 kg/l), 330 lbs/hr (1.3 lbs/l)
- Maximum conveying distance: horizontal 3m (10 ft), vertical 2m (6.5 ft)
- Connected load: 230 V, AC, N, PE, 50Hz
- Connected air supply 5-6 bar (60 - 90 psi) system over pressure
- Maximum material temperature 80° (170° F)
