Fully automatic material change without any manual handling, only as part of a Colortronic centrally controlled conveying system. The rotary valves are controlled by the conveying controller.
A Colortronic rotary valve system eliminates the need for multiple pipe runs and automates material changeovers so that more complex system requirements can also be fulfilled without a problem.
Rugged, modular construction
With a Colortronic rotary valve system, even with the simplest version, up to ten machines can automatically be provided with up to ten different materials.
The rotary valve comes complete with rotors and connecting parts which are cast in high grade steel with specially hardened surfaces, which as well as meeting clean room conditions means it is also capable of processing abrasive materials.
