Free adjustable regrind processing in conjunction with a conveying system.
Rugged, modular construction
The Colortronic ZKW is made of solid steel. Depending on model, the ZKW can be integrated into pipe systems with diameters of 40 and 50 mm (1.6", 2").
Material switching works pneumatically by a highly reliable rotary piston, which prevents air leaks in the conveying system.
During every conveying cycle, the ZKW pulses rapidly between both materials, which minimises layering. The conveying ratio can be preselected between 0 and 100%.
