Batch Gravimetric
With gravimetric batch dosing and blending systems the components are dosed
one after the other, weighed in a weighing container and homogeneously mixed
in the seperate mixing chamber.
Compact, modular construction allows for flexibility to meet the process
requirements. All parts are made of wear-resistant stainless steel.
No calibration of materials is required. Typical applications are extrusion
processes, blow moulding, blown films and injection moulding.

additives and regrinds.

additives and regrinds.
Colortronic's gravimetric batch blender Ultrablend UB 375 is ideally suited for blending granules,
additives and non-compacting powders (less than 5%).

additives and non-compacting powders (less than 5%).

The Colotronic UB Touch dosing control system is a microprocessor closed-loop control for
the Ultrablend gravimetric batch blending unit.
