Graviblend continuous gravimetric dosing and blending units maintain mass flow
independent of mass flow bulk density and granular shape varations. It also
provides the ability to handle various kinds of materials such as powders, fluff,
wood flour, regrind and liquid.
Typical areas of application are in compounding, extrusion processes, blow moulding,
glass manufacture, wire insulation and coating. Some of the advantages are ease of use,
material savings, guaranteed product quality and process data readouts.
Graviblend Plus is a continuous loss-in-weight gravimetric dosing and blending system for
free flowing plastic pellets.
Graviblend M/L is a continuous loss-in-weight gravimetric dosing and blending system for
free flowing plastic pellets.
Graviblend dosing of easy free-flowing ingredients at very low rates including powders and
pellets. Special design for quick material changes without downtime for cleaning.
Smarthopper II - SH2 - 5 / 10 / 20 / 50
Designed for extrusion and co-extrusion applications with up to 8 extruders. The extruder throughput is
gravimetrically monitored or controlled by means of a loadcell. The Smarthopper achieves an accuracy
of up to +/- 0.5% related to the material flow through the weigh hopper.
C2 Live Report is a control program that is used to monitor Graviblend systems and enables
all operating data to be displayed on a standard PC.
The Colotronic C2 Touch dosing control system is a microprocessor closed-loop control for
the Graviblend gravimetric dosing and blending unit.
The Colotronic C2 S Touch dosing control system is a microprocessor closed-loop control for
up to two Graviblend gravimetric dosing and blending units.
The Colotronic C2 Megatouch dosing control system is a microprocessor closed-loop control for
the Graviblend gravimetric dosing and blending unit.
The Colortronic C150 G controller is a microprocessor based controller to
operate the Colorblend M-G automatic dosing station for injection moulding
applications.
CSL stands for Colortronic Smart Load cell. The CSL is a force transducer which can be applied
in a wide range of applications in the process control industry.
